Duration: 12 MonthsPrimary Responsibilities:Transformation / change management / PM experience with a focus on Capital Markets initiatives to address regulatory, audit, risk and control and / or risk management issuesWorking knowledge of Markets business, products, regulatory capital and Market Risk (VaR) or Credit riskAbility to influence and build collaborative relationships across Global Markets front-to-back stakeholders, e.G., trading desk, finance, operations, technology, risk managementManage multiple stakeholders to derive business requirements and assist Technology in understanding to allow them to translate into technical requirementsManage internal and external dependencies across initiatives, including working closely with Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control and Technology teamsIdentify challenges and proactively seek to resolve or "Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts, tailoring to various forums and committeesBuild strong relationships, adopting a joined-up approach, to support the execution of programsKey Skills RequiredExperience with delivering IMA specific components (ES, NMRF, RFET, PLAT, etc )Strong Market Risk Experience and familiar with HVaR model managementExperience with FRTB and/or other material front office driven regulatory initiativesExperience with derivatives trading,
