You will work closely with construction leadership, Project Managers and senior executives on large-scale residential developments. change orders, holdbacks and cost transfers Support monthly lender draws, funding submissions and project cash flow activities Analyze project financial performance, variances and forecasting assumptions Prepare month‑end reporting, reconciliations and financial analysis Develop and improve Excel‑based reporting tools, models and tracking systems Successful candidates will have University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA (Core2 completed preferred) Experience in public accounting, project accounting, construction accounting or real‑estate accounting Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations and financial analysis Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to build and enhance financial models Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, trends and opportunities Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative workplace #J-18808-Ljbffr
