Strengthen talent pipelines through community partnerships, schools, referrals, and skilled trades initiatives. Support both local, international and for the right candidate US recruitment strategies. Use data, technology, and continuous improvement to make hiring faster, smarter, and more effective, with a focus on finding the right candidate to increase company retention.



What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience leading recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or workforce planning. A collaborative leadership style and a passion for developing people. Strong relationship-building, communication, and coaching skills. Experience using recruitment technology and data to drive results. Knowledge of immigration or international recruitment is an asset.
