The role provides strategic direction, governance, coaching, and technical expertise to operational leaders and stakeholders to ensure SHE&S risks are effectively managed and business objectives are achieved safely and responsibly. The position works closely with operational leadership to align SHE&S priorities with business goals, establish consistent expectations, and drive continuous improvement in risk management and performance outcomes.This role leads a team of SHE&S Advisors and is accountable for translating enterprise / Nutrien Way strategies into practical business solutions, establishing regional or business‐specific priorities, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
