Our client, a well-established general contractor with over 30 years in the industry, is seeking a Site Superintendent to join their team in Surrey, British Columbia and oversee commercial tenant improvement projects across the Lower Mainland.Key Responsibilities:Lead all on-site activities from mobilization through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule are maintainedCoordinate and manage all subtrades, suppliers, and site logisticsWork closely with the Project Manager to ensure alignment between site and officeMaintain project documentation including daily reports, safety records, and progress photosCollaborate with clients, consultants, and inspectors to address issues and keep projects movingTrack and report progress, costs, and any required changesIdeal Candidate Profile:3+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial TI constructionKnowledge of construction sequencing, site safety practices,
