As a Surintendant civil senior - Projets Hydro-Québec, you will be part of the construction management department supporting large-scale civil engineering projects across Québec. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Surintendant civil senior - Projets Hydro-Québec Location: Québec, QC (Hybrid work arrangement) Pay Range: $150,000 - $250,000 Shift: What's the Job? Supervise all site operations, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently and safely. Coordinate with foremen, construction teams, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and quality standards. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness. Oversee concrete work, formwork, and reinforcement activities on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies. What's Needed? Extensive experience as a civil superintendent in large-scale construction projects. Recognized expertise in concrete, formwork, and reinforcement work. Proven leadership skills with a focus on team mobilization and results. Strong organizational and priority management capabilities. Willingness and ability to travel across various project sites in Québec.
