Position SummaryAs a Center Therapy Director, you will be responsible for providing treatment programs to restore and improve the physical functions of our patients. You will design programs based on the patient's specific goals to get them back to work and life with dignity and confidence. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality, and in a timely manner.SpecialtiesOrthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, injury preventionScheduleMonday through FridayCompensationStarting compensation range is $100,000.00-$125,000.00 annually + quarterly SPIF incentive opportunity. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.ResponsibilitiesClinically – Assesses the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of the patient and develops an appropriate treatment planUpdates and modifies the treatment plan on an ongoing basis.Uses clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and monitoring patient progress.Instructs and counsel patients effectively in exercises, home programs, and patient education.Maintains open communication with the patient and referring physician (when applicable) regarding the patient's plan of care and progress.Treats team members, patients, families, and others with dignity and respect.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Administratively – Manages day-to-day clinic operations to ensure compliance with company medical management model.Offers analysis, information and suggestions with the end goal of developing ancillary service operational policies; determines productivity, production, quality and patient‐services procedures.Manages and directs staff including physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, chiropractors, acupuncturists and physical therapy technicians.Oversees the hiring, training and development of ancillary staff members.Ensures legal and medical compliance and remains updated on regulations at the local,
state and federal levels.RequirementsGraduate/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programActive California PT license required (or license in progress)Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient successProficiency in MS Office and patient management softwareKnowledge of physical therapy office management systems and proceduresStrong written and verbal communication skillsOutpatient experience is preferred.
