Lead the AMCI ABA program at PGCPS schools, enhancing student behavior in a supportive environment. Oversee Registered Behavior Technicians’ activities while ensuring compliance with BACB best practices and program standards.
As the BCBA School-Based Manager, you will supervise a dedicated team of RBTs, developing functional behavior assessments and individualized interventions. Your role focuses on training educators, administrators, and parents on ABA techniques, promoting effective behavior management strategies across the school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee AMCI ABA program implementation in schools
• Supervise and manage Registered Behavior Technicians
• Ensure alignment with BACB best practices and PGCPS requirements




• Develop functional behavior assessments and intervention plans
• Provide training and workshops for educators and parents
Requirements:
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology or Education
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Maryland license in positive standing
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in ABA service delivery
• Proven leadership experience managing a team
