This role will support the growth of Anker's multi-brand portfolio (Anker, soundcore, eufy) by developing effective retail marketing plans that drive sell-through and overall business performance.Key Responsibilities:Own retail marketing plans across key accounts and categories, aligned with business objectives and channel prioritiesPlan and execute retail marketing initiatives (e.G., in-store displays, campaigns, merchandising) to drive sell-through and customer engagementLeverage brand and global marketing plans and assets, adapting them into effective retail executions across channelsOversee the development and execution of retail assets and merchandising materials (e.G., displays, POSM), ensuring strong in-store presence and consistencyWork closely with Sales and GTM teams to align marketing plans with commercial priorities, key launches, and retail calendarsAct as the key marketing contact for retail partners,



managing day-to-day communication and collaboration on marketing initiativesManage retail marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROITrack and analyze performance, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve marketing effectivenessQualifications:3–8 years of experience in retail, trade, or channel marketingExperience in consumer electronics or similar fast-paced consumer industries preferredStrong understanding of retail dynamics and how marketing drives sell-through and business performanceProven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results (e.G., sell-through, ROI)Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work across Sales, GTM, and marketing teamsExcellent English communication skills required.
