The position is a long‐term locum (> 8 weeks) with flexible scheduling and minimal on‐call duties.ResponsibilitiesAttend to 20‐40 patients per day.Provide comprehensive primary care and maintain accurate patient records using the Arya EMR system.Participate in our cross‐coverage network to ensure continuity of care when you are away.Perform minimal on‐call duties: home‐call about two weeks per year, average of 0‐1 calls per week.Custodianship of a patient panel; no weekend or night shifts unless requested.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $312,000/year + bonuses or fee‐for‐service options.Estimated earning potential:
