As a Senior Project Manager – Land Development & Municipal Engineering (Grade 8, Tier 2), you will lead high‐impact projects across Ontario, overseeing the full project lifecycle while building trusted client relationships, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the strategic growth of WSP.This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse land development initiatives—greenfield, infill, and beyond—while advancing your career within a cooperative, high‐performance environment. Home offices are available in the GTA, Thornhill, Whitby, Kitchener, Hamilton, and London, Ontario, with hybrid work flexibility.Your ImpactLead the planning, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary land development and municipal engineering projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectorsAct as the primary client liaison, building strong, long‐term relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfactionOversee project financial performance, including budgets, schedules, resources,



and risk managementDrive business development efforts through proposals, client engagement, and strategic growth initiativesGuide teams through municipal and agency approvals processes, leveraging WSP's established stakeholder relationshipsMentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellenceUphold quality, safety, and performance standards while delivering sustainable, community‐focused solutionsThe Skills That Set You Apart10+ years of experience in land development or municipal engineering, including 2+ years in a project management roleProven success leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex infrastructure projectsDeep understanding of Ontario's land development and municipal approvals processesStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a client‐focused mindsetProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario, or eligibility to obtainPMP certification considered a strong assetProficiency with project management tools and financial tracking systemsCompensationCompensation:AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 – $162,800MB & ON: $112,100 – $154,400NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $111,000 – $147,400Disclosure:The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
