You will play a key role in managing the entire product introduction lifecycle. As part of the Optical Modem NPI and LCM Engineering team, your responsibilities will include collaboration with R&D and production teams to ensure the successful transition from concept to mass production. You’ll need to navigate key project milestones and manage potential risks effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct cross-functional R&D and Operations Engineering projects
- Establish and track project milestones and deliverables
- Review project plans and communicate updates to the team
- Manage proto builds in Ciena’s Lab and with manufacturers
- Collaborate with production operations for a smooth ramp-up Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering disciplines
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
