Reporting directly to the Vice President, you will drive engagement with key clients, enhance project quality, and contribute to overall market growth strategies. Responsibilities include managing bids and contracts while ensuring projects meet mandated goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop engaging strategies for key Ontario clients • Oversee ongoing project delivery and performance evaluations • Validate proposals and lead Go/No Go decisions • Manage claims,



waivers, and project risks effectively • Address client complaints with prompt resolutions

Requirements: • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in relevant fields • Involvement in large-scale infrastructure projects required • Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to maneuver in a team-focused workplace
