What is the opportunity?The Agile Program Director (Global Security) will lead complex, strategically important programs across Global Security. In this role, you will orchestrate end-to-end program execution that integrates security initiatives with Technology Infrastructure and Application Teams across all lines of business.Job DescriptionIn this role, you will balance Agile delivery with rigorous regulatory oversight and governance requirements. This is a hands‐on, collaborative leadership role suited for an experienced leader who thrives in high‐visibility, high‐complexity environments requiring rapid decision‐making and executive‐level communication.What will you do?Lead end‐to‐end delivery of complex, multi‐workstream security programs across business linesEstablish governance structures, escalation protocols, and risk management frameworks that accommodate both agile and regulatory requirementsFacilitate program planning, execution, and continuous improvement across cross‐functional security, technology, and application development teamsManage rapid turnaround of executive briefings and decision‐support materials for C‐suite and board visibilityTrack and communicate program metrics, KPIs, and status with appropriate stakeholder cadenceRegulatory Compliance & Governance – Oversee compliance with RBC governance, regulatory, and security control requirements across program executionEnsure timely completion and validation of regulatory artifacts and compliance documentationIntegrate regulatory mandates into program planning without compromising delivery velocityMaintain program‐level compliance documentation and adherence to enterprise frameworksExecute performance management and establish clear accountability for deliveryFoster collaborative team environment with coaching and development supportOwn program budgeting, cost forecasting,
