Chandos is in search of an experienced Superintendent to be at the forefront of our construction projects. You will ensure site operations are seamlessly executed while prioritizing safety and team engagement. Your role includes directing project logistics, managing quality control, and mentoring a high-performing workforce to drive results. Your entrepreneurial mindset will be critical in achieving positive outcomes and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety and address risks on-site promptly • Direct all site activities aligning with the Chandos Production System • Mentor site staff and other Superintendents • Manage work scheduling and resource allocation • Maintain budget adherence and quality standards
Requirements: • 2+ years as a construction Superintendent • In-depth knowledge of construction practices • Experience with major projects above $500,000 • Proficient in scheduling and managing complex logistics • Solid management skills in risk and project execution
