- Years of experience: 10–18 years in US tax, including leadership experience

- Current level: Senior Manager, Director, Principal, or Non-Equity Partner
- Firm background: Big 4, national firm, or US-focused tax group

Why this role:

- Immediate ownership of an established US tax practice
- High demand environment with growing client volume
- Visibility and control over practice operations and team structure
- Direct integration with cross-border advisory practice

What’s in it for you?

- Clear career progression and advancement opportunities
- Ongoing professional development, including paid courses, certification and membership dues
- Competitive total compensation package including extended health care, dental and group life benefits
