This role will take ownership of compliance and advisory delivery across a large and active client base, manage increasing workload volumes, and build the team, processes, and structure required to support continued growth.A hands-on operator who leads delivery, manages team capacity, and supports both compliance and advisory work. The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to:Manage high-volume compliance cycles and deadlinesScale a team and workflow as demand increasesAct as the go-to resource for US tax matters internallySupport both structured engagements and ad hoc client requestsThis is not a pure technical specialist role. It requires a partner who can run a practice.What You Bring:CPA (US) preferred (aligned to practice leadership expectation)CPA (Canada) assetEA acceptableStrong US corporate tax compliance and advisory capabilityPractical exposure to US tax operational delivery and workflow managementFamiliarity with cross-border tax considerations and coordination with Canadian teamsExposure to indirect and sales tax workstreams emerging within the practiceAbility to support ad hoc advisory and consulting engagementsYears of experience: 10–18 years in US tax,
