We provide wraparound primary care services within a supportive team-based care environment to clients who are living with complex clinical and psychosocial needs and require a higher intensity of services. We have five Community Health Centre (CHC) sites including:Three Bridges CHCRaven Song CHCHeatley CHCDCHC (Downtown Community Health Centre)Pender CHCWhether you are just starting your career or are already an established physician, we will work with you to tailor a job that fits your interests and allows you to challenge yourself. We can offer part time, full time or temporary (locum) opportunities.
