The Team Lead is responsible for supporting team members on the set up, changeover, and operation of equipment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cold stamping, be self‐motivated, and thrive in a fast‐paced work environment. We offer an excellent compensation and advantages package with career advancement opportunities.The pay for this role is $35.85.Summary of ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure issues are resolved accurately and efficientlyMaintain a clean and safe work environmentConduct Accident/Incident Investigations and complete reporting requirements within company timelines and document all employee issues in writingConduct shift meetings and effectively communicate information to team membersMonitor team performance and ensure high levels of safety, quality and throughputConduct LPA audits daily to ensure safety standards are maintainedIdentify and implement efficiency improvementsAssist in the evaluation, mentoring and development of new and existing employeesEnsure production documentation is completed, accurate and submitted in a timely mannerIdentify, develop and implement continuous improvement projects using lean management techniques (5S, Kaizen, Process Flow, 5 Why, etc.)Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, and facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control pointsReview production plans and the assignment of employees, accomplishing work results by establishing priorities, monitoring progress,
and revising production and employee schedulesProvide recommendations for process improvement efficiencies and method improvementAssist employees with troubleshooting technical concernsContinuously improve safety records by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.
