This is a diverse role that will require negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial technology agreements in support of various North American-region sales activity, including cloud services agreements, software licenses, and professional services. The role also involves acting as a trusted Legal advisor supporting a growing and dynamic line of business, working with cross-functional groups, researching novel product offerings, and handling escalations. The successful candidate is expected to perform analysis and provide guidance on company transactions as well as new go-to-market products, evaluate risk, update templates, create efficiencies, deliver training, and manage projects benefiting the Legal team and department.
