This position is a Permanent Full time position.Available Shifts:Full-Time Hours*8 hour bi-weekly rotating shifts:2 Weeks Nights, Sunday to Thursday, 11pm to 7am2 Weeks Afternoons, Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm2 Weeks Days, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pmSalary/Wage: Starting at $18.00/hour with advancement opportunities and a bi-weekly attendance bonus for eligible full-time team members!Responsibilities and DutiesVisually inspect each stack of product prior to placing into the shipping box per the provided training. Any issues must be escalatedMake boxes, load product belt,
replenish materials around machines such as tape, boxes, bagsComplete hourly checks and if quality issues arise, bring attention to the issue immediatelyAssist Cup Technician in clearing completed product and other items at the flavor change processAssist Cup Technicians when changing rolls of paperAssist Cup Technicians in the deep clean of machinesRelieve other associates for breaks when possibleAssist with Quality Inspections as neededEnsure housekeeping on the production floor is up to standardOther duties as assignedDo you have what it takes?General labour or manufacturing experience is an assetTeam oriented, dependable, reliable, punctualSelf-starter, efficient, organized, and able to produce high quality work under pressure and in a timely fashionAble to work quickly and accurately under pressure or tight deadlinesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsPositive attitude and great attendance recordFlexible to change and willing to do a good job each dayWhat will help you perform the job?Ability to comfortably stand for extended periods of time.Ability to comfortably walk, sit, bend, and crouch.Must be willing to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (hairnet, ear plugs, safety glasses, steel toed boots/shoes).Able to lift up to 30lbs (occasionally may be required to lift up to 50lbs)Stanpac is an equal opportunity employer.
