You'll mentor junior staff, shape engagement strategy alongside senior leaders, and leverage modern audit methodologies to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.What You'll DoLead and manage audits of financial statements and related disclosures for public and private entities.Collaborate with engagement partners to develop and execute risk‐based audit approaches.Supervise, coach, and provide feedback to audit teams, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.Review workpapers, financial statements, and reports to uphold quality standards.Deliver insightful feedback on financial statements and prepare client deliverables, including board communications and management letters.Monitor progress against timelines and budgets, identifying issues proactively.Stay current on evolving accounting standards, regulations,
