With a strong local presence and top‐tier talent, we deliver high‐quality services as we help our customers bring their resources to our world.This position can be located in either Sherwood Park or Calgary AB.The Project Manager plays a critical leadership role across the full lifecycle of FLINT's industrial construction and turnaround projects, from bid development and proposal planning through execution, closeout, and future pursuits.Engaged early in the pursuit phase, this role provides constructability expertise, execution planning, schedule logic, resource strategies, and risk identification to help develop competitive, executable proposals. Upon project award, the Project Manager assumes ownership of delivery, ensuring continuity between the estimate, execution plan, commercial commitments, and field execution.As a trusted leader, the Project Manager works closely with clients, estimating, operations, project controls, supply chain, engineering, and field teams to drive secure, predictable, and successful project outcomes. Beyond project completion, this role captures lessons learned, contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, and supports future bids and strategic growth opportunities.This is an ideal opportunity for a driven construction professional who combines strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen,



and leadership skills with a passion for delivering complex industrial projects safely, efficiently, and successfully.What would you be doing?Bid Development & Proposal SupportSupport bid development and proposal planning by providing practical project execution input, including:Constructability reviewsWork sequencing and execution strategySchedule development and logic validationResource planning and subcontractor strategyRisk identification and mitigation planningLead projects in accordance with:Client requirements and contract termsProject scope and specificationsSafety and quality expectationsCost, schedule, and productivity targetsProject Planning, Controls & Performance ManagementDevelop, implement, and maintain project plans, including:Project Execution PlansMaterials and Equipment PlansSubcontractor Management PlansCost and Schedule Control PlansChange Management PlansTransportation & Logistics PlansProject Closeout & Continuous ImprovementCapture execution insights and feed them back into future pursuits to strengthen:Estimating accuracyExecution planningPerks of the jobComprehensive insurance and benefits packageHealth Care Spending AccountPaid vacationCompetitive compensationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business,



or a related field is preferred7+ years of industrial construction experience in a mix of project management, project controls, estimating, operations, or related project delivery rolesStrong understanding of construction execution methods, constructability reviews, workforce planning, scheduling, contract administration, and project controlsExperience managing project cost, schedule, scope, risk, safety, quality, and client relationships from bid through to completionStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, forecasting practices, change management processes, and performance reportingAs a condition of employment, qualified applicants who accept the role must complete a satisfactory pre‐employment Background Check.
