This role requires engagement throughout the deal cycle, from initial structuring to post-closing integration. Your responsibilities include providing detailed advice and building solid, entrepreneurial client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on corporate and private M&A; transactions
• Take responsibility for files with client interaction
• Guide clients through all phases of deals
• Deliver detailed, business-minded legal solutions
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements effectively
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate commercial law
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Closing Folders is beneficial
• Strong focus on client relationship development
• Effective team player with attention to detail
