As a Product Support Specialist, you will provide technical support for satellite communication products and RF/microwave equipment. You will troubleshoot hardware and system issues, support customers and internal teams, manage support tickets, perform product diagnostics, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, and Quality teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.What You'll Do:Provide technical support for satellite communication systems, RF products, and microwave componentsTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and system-related issuesSupport customers and internal Sales teams through phone, email, and ticketing systemsManage and maintain technical support tickets to ensure accurate tracking and timely resolutionPerform diagnostics, testing, and evaluation of returned products and systemsGenerate RMA documentation, failure analysis reports, and technical service updatesCollaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to investigate and resolve product issuesDeliver product training and technical guidance to customers and internal staffDevelop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and service materialsConduct field troubleshooting and customer support activities when requiredRecommend effective technical solutions based on customer requirementsAssist with product validation, testing, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport additional operational and technical tasks as assignedWhat You'll Bring:Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline1+ year of experience in technical support,
