The Portfolio Administration team is one of four pillars within Fiera Capital’s Global Operations, together with Fund Administration, Data Management, and Global Performance. Global Operations primarily supports the Public Markets business in Canada, the U.S., and the UK, administering a broad and complex range of investment strategies, fund structures, and asset classes across the Institutional, Financial Intermediary, and Private Wealth distribution channels. It also supports Private Markets,



through feeder funds and fund-of-funds structures. Global Operations teams operate in a collaborative, quick-paced environment where attention to detail, operational risk awareness, and client focus are essential. The Portfolio Administration Team supports the firm’s portfolio management and trading activities by maintaining accurate investment accounting data through the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) and providing post-trade support. The team collaborates closely with key internal stakeholders, including Public Markets portfolio management teams and CIO offices, distribution and client-facing teams, Investment Risk, Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Finance. Externally, it manages relationships with brokers, custodians, and vendors. The team also supports client inquiries, RFP responses, client, regulatory, and internal audit requests.
