Job Description In this role as a School Nurse/Community Visiting Nurse you will care for patients in both school and home settings. You will work with patients within pediatric ages with differing complexity of care needs. During community visits you will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.Hours of Work: School hours on weekdays during the school year. Every other weekend coverage required.
