Prof. Fontaine holds a Junior 1 Research Scholar award from the FRQS, supported by the Quebec Learning Health System Support Unit (SSA Quebec Unit). Additionally, he is a Visiting Researcher at the Kirby Institute, UNSW Sydney, and the Centre for Implementation Research at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. He serves on the editorial board of PLOS Global Public Health. Prof. Fontaine completed his clinical training and earned his PhD in health services research at the University of Montreal, where he was a Vanier Scholar of CIHR.
