and creating value for customers through consultative selling.YOUR CHALLENGEAs our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers. You will leverage your strategic mindset, sales expertise, and industry knowledge to drive revenue growth and position SPI as a trusted partner in workplace health and safety solutions.WHAT YOU'LL DOProactively identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market researchBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholdersGenerate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and conduct impactful sales presentationsDevelop strategic account and territory plans to maximize growth opportunitiesGrow revenue within existing accounts while successfully acquiring new customersPrepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and business solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experienceMonitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging business opportunitiesMaintain accurate sales activity and pipeline management within the CRMAchieve and exceed sales targets, growth objectives, and key performance indicatorsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceProven success in B2B business development and new customer acquisitionStrong hunter mentality with a passion for prospecting and closing businessExperience developing strategic sales plans and managing complex sales cyclesExcellent relationship-building, negotiation,

The level of compensation offered will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit.
