Facility: BayCare Health System, Sunset Point PC – BMG

Shift: Days | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hours may vary)

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

Status: Non-Exempt

Weekend Work: None

On Call: No

Role Overview

As an LPN II, you will support providers and patients by delivering high-quality clinical care while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within the practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting the physician and healthcare team during patient visits
- Reviewing patient charts and preparing patients for examinations and procedures
- Interviewing patients and obtaining relevant medical information




- Administering injections and performing clinical testing as needed
- Following up on test orders and communicating results to providers and patients
- Providing patient education and care instructions
- Maintaining medical equipment and clinical inventory
- Supporting workflow efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Experience:

- Required: 2 Years of Licensed Practical Nurse experience
- Preferred: 2 Years Previous medical office experience

Licensure / Certification

Required: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
