At Fisherman's Market, we are more than just a business – we are a team driven by excellence, innovation, and a passion for seafood.Position SummaryWe are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse worker to support our shipping teams for both local and international orders.Key ResponsibilitiesPick fresh,



frozen and dry goods and prepare them for shipping.Prepare boxes and materials for shipping orders.Pack seafood items as required for shippingReceive and inspect incoming shipments of fresh and frozen seafood productsAssist in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock recordsLoad and unload delivery trucks efficiently and safelyReport any damaged or spoiled products to supervisorsLabel products and boxes according to shipping or regulatory requirementsOperate pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified or trained)Maintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety and handling proceduresQualificationsPrevious experience in a warehouse an asset.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPhysically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedlyComfortable working in a cold and wet environment (protective gear provided)A valid, clean Class 5 Driver's License is an asset but not requiredJob Type: Full-TimeHours: 38 – 45 hours per week, depending on the time of year.Salary: $18.00 per hour, depending on experience and hours worked.THE BEST PEOPLE IN THE BUSINESSOur motto at Fisherman's Marketis "Quality, Service, Variety &Value".
