With a growing national footprint, we deliver life-changing programs while building sustainable partnerships with donors, government, and community leaders.The Home Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and service delivery of a Transitional Home, ensuring a safe, organized, and supportive environment for clients. This role focuses on team coordination, program delivery, and operational execution, working closely with the Homes Manager. The Home Coordinator supports client transitions, service coordination, and overall home functioning, while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and processes.What You’ll DoTeam Coordination & SupportSupport daily team operations and contribute to setting and tracking goals.Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and support conflict resolution as needed.Work with stakeholders to support smooth and successful client transitions .Program Delivery & Client SupportSupport coordination of casework, referrals, and advocacy efforts .Organize andfacilitate in-home activities that support resident wellbeing and independence.Adapt to changing client needs and support timelyresponses to operational or client-related situations .Respond to emails, intake inquiries, and client needs in a timely manner.Support coordination of resident move-ins and move-outs .Volunteers & Community SupportCoordinate and supervise volunteers and placement students .Ensure effective integration of volunteers into program activities and resident support.Administration & ReportingEnsure completion of daily and monthly reporting requirements .Support implementation of program and contractual reporting obligations .Track andmonitor home-related expenses,



including use of internal systems.Assistin preparing andsubmitting monthly reports .Participate in trainings and team meetings asrequired.Financial & Resource CoordinationSupport oversight of home budget spending within approved guidelines.Track expenses andmaintainproper documentation.Assistin ensuring efficient use of resources.Supplies, Inventory & DonationsManage inventory of groceries, household items, and donations .Coordinate with donors and ensure appropriateness of items.Maintain organized storage andaccurateinventory records.Facility Operations & MaintenanceSupport the safe and effective operation of the home during operational hours.Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with service providers.Ensure adherence to safety procedures and basic emergency protocols.Outreach & AwarenessStay informed on issues related to gender-based violence and client needs .Support collaboration with internal teams to enhance client support and service coordination .Ad Hoc DutiesParticipate inadditionalmeetings and undertake related responsibilities as reasonably assigned, including special projects, cross-departmental initiatives, and other tasks necessary to support the effective operation of the organization.What You’ll Bring To The TeamSmooth coordination of day-to-day operations during service hoursTimely andaccuratereporting and documentationEffective support of client transitions and servicesOrganization and management of inventory and resourcesResponsiveness to operational and client needsWhat We’re Looking For2–4+ years in social services, community programs, or residential support rolesExperience working with vulnerable populationsExperience in coordination or administrative support rolesWhat We OfferA meaningful role supporting women and families in a transitional housing environment.A collaborative, mission-driven team culture.Opportunities to build experience in program delivery and operations.Nisa Foundationis an equal chance employer and is committed to complying with both the Ontario Human Rights Code and the AODA .#J-18808-Ljbffr
