Job Title:Senior Project Manager –85922Job ID:89547Location:Montreal, QuebecWhat you will be doing:Leadership and Governance:Lead end-to-end modernization, establish governance structures, facilitate committee meetings, and report on project status, risks, and budget.Agile Delivery Management:Oversee project execution via Agile principles, manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and team velocity, ensuring successful functional delivery.Vendor and Partner Management:Act as the primary liaison with external software engineering partners, coordinating across development, architecture, QA, DevOps, security, and integration teams.Stakeholder and Change Management:Mobilize business leaders, subject matter experts, and IT/SAP teams; lead organizational change, communication, UAT, and training activities.Risk, Budget, and Resource Management:Develop project plans, manage budgets and resource forecasting, mitigate risks/dependencies, and align project scope with business priorities.Deployment and Transition:Coordinate cutover planning, deployment,



stabilization, operational documentation, and knowledge transfer to support teams.What you must have:Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Administration, or a related field.8+ years of experience in managing complex software development or application modernization projects.Bilingualism (Required).Significant experience in delivering enterprise-scale Agile projects.Experience managing vendors, consulting firms, and system integrators.Expertise in coordinating multidisciplinary business and technology teams.Solid understanding of SDLC, cloud environments, DevOps, CI/CD, and API integrations.Experience with SAP or integrated ERP environments (major asset).Understanding of AI-assisted software development practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.Certification (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe) is an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
