Parts Advisor - Pfaff Subaru, Guelph, ON N1K 0A4

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team at Pfaff Subaru in Guelph.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Assist with receiving goods, checking and counting items unloaded from the suppliers and reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Assist customers in selecting required parts ensuring optimum customer service.
- Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Use company vehicle to drop off or pick up parts from suppliers/customers.
- Pick parts using picking ticket and deliver to technician’s workbench.
- Return all parts from workshop that are not needed or required by technicians.
- Perform other duties as required by the Parts Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

Skills and Qualifications

- Experience in the automotive field.
- 3 years of working experience as a Parts Advisor.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.




- Aptitude for numbers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
