We're excited to share an chance for an existing vacancy as Director of Field Service. This is a pivotal leadership role with a rapidly growing industrial OEM based in Hamilton, Ontario. The successful candidate will oversee all field service operations and be responsible for building out scalable service frameworks, processes, and technical structures to support aggressive company growth. This advanced facility designs, engineers, and manufactures large-scale industrial equipment and customized systems for clients across multiple sectors. As the organization expands globally, they require a strategic service leader capable of implementing best practices and driving operational excellence.Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Lead and develop the field service department (technicians, coordinators, and technical support)Design, implement, and optimize commissioning, installation, maintenance, and service escalation workflowsEstablish and track service KPIs, resource planning, and reporting systems to sustain long-term scalabilityDrive high-level service strategy to improve reliability, response time, customer experience, and lifecycle supportManage departmental budgeting, margin optimization, and profitability modelsWork cross-functionally with engineering, operations, project management,
