Job Description AltaGas - Maintenance Supervisor, RIPETAltaGas is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to support the Ridley Island Propane Export Terminal (RIPET), a key asset that connects Canadian energy to global markets. In this role, you will lead the maintenance team while driving improvements across safety, asset performance, work management, and overall team capability. You'll play a key role in ensuring the terminal operates safely, efficiently, and reliably, while helping build a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.You WillProvide leadership and direction to the Maintenance team, supporting hiring, performance management, development, and overall team effectivenessFoster and strengthen a safety-first culture, including a 100% reporting culture and strong safety awarenessOversee and manage all maintenance activities to ensure protected, efficient, and reliable terminal operationsPrioritize and coordinate maintenance work in alignment with business needs and operational prioritiesSupport the development and execution of annual and long-term maintenance plans, including budgets and capital projectsApply Asset Management Program (AMP) practices to optimize reliability, reduce costs, and support data-driven decision-makingPartner with Operations, Engineering, Projects, and other stakeholders to enable seamless terminal performanceSupport the development and integration of the Operations Management System (OMS) into maintenance activitiesEnsure effective preventative maintenance programs are in place to meet regulatory and reliability requirementsManage maintenance budgets, monitor expenditures,
