Key Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized care for complex patient cases
• Administer medications and conduct health assessments

Requirements:
• Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• BLS Certification upon hire
• One year experience in Long Term Care setting
• Proven skills in managing medically complex patients
• Solid communication and leadership abilities
