Director, Financial Reporting & Analysis – Bilingual (English/French)Position OverviewWe are hiring a Director of Financial Reporting & Analysis to own financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis for a growing software business with professional services operations and an international footprint. This role exists to scale financial insight delivery, improve reporting discipline, and materially reduce CFO execution load. You will play a central role in the Messagepoint operation and ensuring leadership, lenders, and the board receive reliable, decision‐ready financial information. This is a hands‐on Director role. There are no direct reports. Success depends on execution, judgment and initiative—not delegation.What Success Will Look LikeWithin your first year, you will:Fully integrate European operations into the consolidated model and establish an effective working relationship with team membersOwn forecasting and reporting end‐to‐end, removing the CFO from day‐to‐day FP&A executionDeliver consistent, credible reporting and analysis that leadership and external stakeholders will trustWhat You'll DoOwn and continuously improve the integrated financial forecast (P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet drivers)Update forecasts for headcount, SaaS and services revenue, expenses, and working capitalProduce monthly internal financial reporting, analysis and commentary for leadershipPrepare external reporting for lenders and board materialsDevelop and maintain executive dashboards and KPIsDeliver variance analysis versus budget and prior yearAnalyze SaaS and services performance, including ARR, project margins, and billable hoursCash & Performance InsightOwn cash flow forecasting and analysisProvide customer‐level performance insights (growth, contraction,
