Responsibilities Strategic Portfolio Management: Work closely with the Fund Manager and research teams to evaluate top‑down market risks and opportunities, as well as bottom‑up asset‑level performance. Assist with the development and execution of long‑term business plans to maximize portfolio value and investment returns within the Fund’s parameters. Monitor portfolio performance against established budgets and track key performance indicators to mitigate risk and create value. Investment & Transaction Execution: Oversee due diligence, financial modeling, and underwriting of potential property acquisitions/divestments, credit/debt facilities and key joint ventures. Demonstrate solid expertise in asset management and associated leasing, property management, and sustainable investment. Investor Relations & Governance: Support the investor relations and sales teams with client‑facing interactions for retention and capital raising. Assist the Fund Manager in client reviews, consultant updates, prospect due diligence, investment and advisory committees, conferences and detailed RFPs. Qualifications Financial and property performance acumen,



cash‑flow analysis, valuation techniques and deep understanding of NOI, Cap Rates and IRR. Ability to review and critique complex financial models (using Excel and Argus) for acquisitions, developments and dispositions. Utilize robust macro‑economic and local real‑estate market research, forward modeling and industry analytics to drive outperformance and risk‑aware investment decisions. Working knowledge across a variety of real‑estate asset types, products and strategies with an understanding of income‑producing, value‑add and development asset profiles. Well respected within the real‑estate community and investment‑management industry, with the capacity to develop meaningful relationships with institutional investors, consultants, partners and market participants.
