TorchStone is hiring a full-time, Integrated Security Manager with a Fortune 50 Company in its corporate security organization. The incumbent's primary remit focuses on delivering exceptional security management to assist the client as they strive to provide best in class security at scale. Integrated within the client's area level leadership structure, the incumbent will own strategic and operational programs and processes relating to vendor and stakeholder management that are critical to the client's success. The Senior Security Manager will engage effectively with business partners, vendor organization leadership, as well as subordinates to provide a critical eye and a perspective for process improvement that facilitates holistic security program success.Commensurate with a senior role on an established team, this is a high visibility position that requires curiosity, thoughtfulness, and a dedication to solving the big problems with little to no guidance; imagination and flexibility are key factors for success. The right candidate will bring their subject matter expertise in security, vendor management, and security risk management to the table; they will then seamlessly combine hard skills with soft, demonstrating value for business partners as well as client security stakeholders. As the sole on-site security team member for this location, the incumbent will spend meaningful time working directly with local cross-functional partners and must be able to build credibility and hold their own across every level of the organization.Scope of WorkOversight of guard force vendor management and compliance effortsContribute to strategic security programs and projects,



with an eye to global alignment of processManagement of multiple security workflows crucial to operational and strategic successIn the area of responsibility, managing the security outreach efforts of the organization in accordance with global standardsLead regular meetings with counterparts to ensure regional alignmentServe as the local security point of contact, coordinating regularly with cross-functional teams across facilities, IT, and legalManage stakeholder relationships as the only in office security team member, keeping local partners aligned on security needs and day-to-day supportAssist client leadership with budgeting planning and concernsOversight of vendor invoice submissionsAssist with the collection and analysis of threat intelligenceAssist with security design and implementation for special eventsLiaise with external law enforcement and public safety partners, as well as partner security organizationsAdvanced presentation, proposal, and report writing skillsUp to 20% of travel, at short notice if neededBasic Qualifications / ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Public Administration, Business Management, or related field5 years' experience on a corporate security team with progressive management roles or equivalentMinimum of 2 to 3 years of corporate (private sector) security experience, with the candidate's most recent role in a corporate environmentWorking knowledge of access control and physical security systems,



including Lenel, CCTV and camera panels, and access control hardwareStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility and working relationships across all levels of an organizationExpertise in a security related field, to include security risk management and associated operational processes that support a highly matrixed and progressive corporate security organizationAbility to communicate complex issues effectively, verbally and in writingAuthorization to work in the CanadaCertifications in relevant sections of the Incident Command SystemPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in security or related fieldStrong working knowledge of physical security systems and processesExpertise in workplace incident management and investigationsExperience with emerging security technologiesExpertise in Contract Security managementExperience with security design and corporate site launchesExperience in providing corporate security consulting specifically in non-industrial environmentsPolicy creation and maintenance experienceExecutive level briefing skillsDemonstrated expertise in root cause analysisIntermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Suite, as well as project management softwareExperience with the collection and analysis of threat intelligenceAbility to speak multiple languagesAdvanced skills in maintaining a budgetDedication to speed and precisionCommitment to diversity of thought and professional opinionFlexible, high output mindsetAbility to scale at the speed of the clientIntegrated Employee BenefitsHealthcare: Full medical, dental, and vision coverage from Day 1.Retirement: Matching 401(k) contributions up to 6%. #J-18808-Ljbffr
