We're growing, and we're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Fredericton team.This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being the friendly, organized presence patients can count on – someone who thrives on variety, juggles details well, and genuinely cares about the people they're helping.What You'll DoBe the first point of contact for patients and team members, answering questions and helping them get the support and care they needCollect patient medical histories and insurance information, and keep medical charts and patient data up to dateCoordinate appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and follow-upsAnswer and screen incoming calls,
