Baker Tilly Canada Cooperative in Toronto is seeking a Non-Equity Partner to lead the US Corporate Tax practice. This role will own compliance and advisory delivery across a large, active client base, manage increasing workload, and build the team, processes and structure needed to support continued growth.

The ideal candidate has 10–18 years in US tax, leadership experience, CPA (US) preferred (CPA Canada asset), and cross‑border tax exposure.
