Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Office Administrator to join their growing team. This prospect is ideal for someone with experience in office administration or bookkeeping who enjoys a collaborative workplace and is looking to further develop their accounting and administrative skills.

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting daily office operations while assisting with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoice management, payment processing, and account monitoring.
- Process vendor invoices and assist with accounts payable activities.
- Prepare bank deposits and maintain accurate financial records.
- Review AR and AP transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Track and reconcile company credit card expenses.
- Provide reception and administrative support when required.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for management.





Qualifications

- 2+ years of office administration, bookkeeping, or related experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is considered an asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
