This role plays a vital part in maintaining the look, safety, and functionality of the resort - helping ensure every guest arrives to a clean, well‐kept, and welcoming workplace.As a Maintenance & Grounds Team Member, you'll work hands‐on across the property, supporting daily operations through landscaping, facility upkeep, site preparation, and general maintenance, while being part of a collaborative resort team.This is a seasonal position running from April/May to October, with full‐time and part‐time opportunities available. As a summer resort, weekend and holiday availability is required.What You'll Be DoingGrounds & Property CareMaintain resort grounds, amenities, and common areas to Pinnacle standardsComplete daily site clean‐ups following guest departuresPerform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, raking, sod work, and weed controlWater and maintain trees, shrubs, plants, and flower beds as requiredRemove garbage and litter from sites and common areasFacilities & MaintenanceAssist with general property improvements including basic repairs and paintingPerform regular cleaning and upkeep of onsite washroom facilitiesHelp ensure buildings, roads, sites, equipment, and amenities are safe, functional, and operating efficientlyIdentify, address,
