Your strong expertise in financial analysis and credit risk management will enable you to support lending decisions, review exceptions and recommend measures to help maintain a healthy loan portfolio.Are you a cooperative,

If so, this role could be for you!What You'll DoEvaluate and authorize complex agricultural and commercial lending proposals that exceed established lending authorities.Review source documents, financial information and loan recommendations to support credit decisions.Assess administrative requests, including loan amendments, changes to security and policy exceptions.Assess compliance with enterprise credit risk policies, procedures and guidelines.Provide coaching, mentoring and technical guidance to lending staff and credit specialists.Work with business partners, contribute to credit quality reviews and support credit-related training initiatives.Required QualificationsWhat you'll bring to the teamBachelor's degree in business administration, economics, agriculture or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial or agricultural lending or bothExtensive knowledge of Canadian agriculture and credit risk management practicesProven expertise in assessing loan applications and analyzing financial statements,
