We're committed to putting our customers first and enabling remarkable human outcomes through technology.Position OverviewAs a Senior Strategy Manager, you will lead, design, project manage and scale sales enablement initiatives for TELUS Business Solutions. Reporting to the Director of Business Enablement and Strategy, this role is deeply focused on transforming how we work by leveraging advanced automation, continuous process optimization, and AI enablement to support our Enterprise and Public Sector sales teams. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with analytical rigor to drive business growth and sales effectiveness in a complex, solution‐selling environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram OwnershipLead end‐to‐end business enablement initiatives from problem definition to pilot to a national rolloutTranslate sales operational pain points into structured use casesDefine program scope, milestones, KPIs, and ROI expectationsEnsure business enablement developed solutions are embedded into existing workflows and adopted at scaleAdvanced Analytics & InsightsIndependently pull and analyze operational data using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent toolsIdentify common use cases, cost inefficiencies, and behavioral patternsDevelop analytical reporting and dashboards to guide prioritization and decision‐makingCross‐Functional ExecutionPartner with internal stakeholders with product,
marketing, sales and operationsClarify business requirements for AI/Automation solutionsRemove blockers proactively and drive timeline adherenceManage ambiguity without requiring constant directionGovernance & Executive ReportingProvide executive‐ready updates and presentations translating sales enablement outputs into business valueTrack impact against our sales and operational targetsAnticipate risks and implement mitigation strategiesQualificationsRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in business and sales enablement, product marketing and product developmentDeep industry knowledge in Public Sector and Enterprise verticals and industriesProven experience designing and implementing sales enablement plans, ideally for complex/technical sales environmentsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, Powerpoint) and Google (Google sheets, Google slides) and data visualization tools (e.G., Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI)Strong knowledge and usability of emerging AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Co‐pilot, OpenAI)Demonstrate the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsExcellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage Executive stakeholdersStrong project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick pace environmentPreferred QualificationsDegree, MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative fieldExperience in telecommunications, technology, SaaS,
or enterprise software sales environmentsBackground in sales enablement, product development, product marketing or partner marketingFamiliarity with cloud services, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, or managed servicesExperience with Salesforce, SAP, Google Cloud or other CRM/enterprise systemsKnowledge of sales performance management (SPM) platforms (e.G.
