We're bringing that mission to life with HMND‐01 Alpha - our rapidly developed humanoid platform now running in real industrial pilots - and we're growing the team to take it even further.About the RoleAs a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Humanoid, you will own the planning and execution of complex robotics programs, ensuring predictable delivery of our next-generation humanoid systems. You will lead cross-functional development across hardware and software, coordinating efforts across Vancouver, Boston, and London to deliver highly integrated robotic platforms. This is a high-impact role requiring strong technical judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to drive execution across deeply interdependent teams.What You'll DoComprehensively plan a robot new product introduction program, accountable for scope, schedule, cost, and process. Although the emphasis of your program scope is the Hardware platform, your program is HIGHLY cross-functional, incorporating: Systems, Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Software, AI/ML, DFX, Regulatory, Integration, Test, Supply Chain, Design, Product, Marketing, Logistics, and more.Track and motivate program and project progress end-to-end, coordinating many teams and sites to predictably execute the planProactively anticipate risks, put handling plans in place, and manage them activelyEmpathize with, partner with, negotiate with, and manage stakeholders. Use tactful and effective approaches to achieve alignments and secure commitmentsUrgently identify, prioritize,
