If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to innovative solutions, we want to hear from you.Key facts Location: Toronto, Ontario Engagement: Full-time Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience Visa: Open to candidates requiring work authorizationWhat you'll doDesign, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Collaborate with software development teams to establish CI/CD pipelines that enhance deployment efficiency and reduce time to market.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.Automate repetitive tasks and processes through scripting and configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.Implement security best practices across the infrastructure to safeguard sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry standards.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize resource usage and reduce operational costs.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.Mentor junior team members,
providing guidance on best practices in DevOps methodologies and tools.Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for production systems and respond to incidents as they arise.Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the DevOps landscape.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet business objectives.Contribute to the development of disaster recovery plans and ensure data backup strategies are effectively implemented.RequirementsA minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps or related role, with a strong understanding of software development and system administration.Proficiency in cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with hands‑on experience in deploying and managing applications in the cloud.Strong knowledge of containerization technologies, particularly Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI, and familiarity with version control systems like Git.Solid understanding of networking concepts, security protocols,
