You will work on-site in Mississauga, ON, collaborating closely with other founders on product vision, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, developing and refining the business model, and working directly with early adopters to validate and improve the product. You will lead or support sales and partnership conversations, pitch to prospective customers and investors,



and help build brand awareness through marketing and thought leadership activities. You will also contribute to operational planning, hiring, and building a strong, inclusive culture that supports long-term growth.QualificationsStrong analytical skills and research capabilities to understand markets, customers, and product opportunities.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in sales, including prospecting, relationship-building, and closing deals in B2B or enterprise settings.Marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or AI products, with familiarity in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startups, product development, or new business initiatives.Ability work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.Background in technology, education, learning systems, or AI is an asset.Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
