Work arrangement: Hybrid (work from office at least 3 days a week) Compensation At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members and are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $87990 - $. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This position may also be eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP). AIP amounts are variable and are dependent on both company and individual performance, subject to eligibility criteria. The target bonus percentage for this role is 10% of annual base earnings. This position requires in-depth knowledge of project management fundamentals and a demonstrated track record of successful project execution.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading, directing, and coordinating the efforts of the project team to plan and execute medium - large scale and complex engineering and manufacture projects and programs in strict accordance with customer requirements and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Define project scope and develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Prepare project financial forecasts, monitor and control project financials with regular reports to leadership. Manage project scope, schedule and cost with little or no supervision. Create and maintain project deliverables, plan and coordinate completion with the project team to meet desired stage gates. Plan the technical design approach. Lead the preparation of design and work specifications. Coordinate cross-functional teams and other stakeholders through regular team meetings and ensure alignment and mitigate risks as they arise. Monitor and report on project cost metrics. Manage communication of project status to all stakeholders. Participate in process improvement initiatives. Conduct daily stand-up meetings for Sprints. Conduct backlog meetings for sprints and communicate sprint results. Coordinate Steering Committee / Task Force meetings and provide minutes and track action items. Other duties as required. What we are looking for: BS/BA degree and/or specific degree in project management, business management, technology, engineering, or equivalent experience. PMP OR Prince2 certification is required. 4+ year of project supervision or project management experience. Experience with engineering projects and technology
